During one of their races, Julia cried out in pain
and had to get out of the pool. She couldn’t
move her arm.
She pulled a muscle in her shoulder and the
doctor said she had to stop swimming for at
least one month. Julia was so sad because she
knew it would be difficult for her to get in shape
to even enter the swim meet, let alone win it.
