“What’s that?” asked Paula.
“That a fair decision is a fearless decision,”
replied Julia. “You see, Paula, when you make
a fair decision, you have made a decision that
you know in your heart is right. Therefore, you
will have no fear in your decision despite what
anyone says or does. And, in the end, as
history has proven time and time again, when
fairness is the basis of the decision, then the
outcome is always good.”
